Welcome to the final episode of Cinderella Phenomenon Karma's Route! Today on Cinderella Phenomenon we'll be continuing off from when Karma's curse was broken thanks to Elly confessing her love to him while he was a beast. After that flash of light they rush off to the throne room to confront Alcaster and rescue the King Genaro.
There we find Fritz in a duel with his father, Alcaster but because he noticed that Elly appeared he lost focus and in that one moment Alcaster stabbed Fritz through the heart and the battle was done. Karma then rushed at Alcaster while Elly ran to Fritz.
Soon after Alcaster moved past Karma and attacked Elly, but Delora appeared and rescued her before she could be struck. Jurien and Garlan appear and flank Alcaster fighting him alongside Karma.
The battle comes to an end when Alcaster is disarmed and the King, now released walks towards Alcaster and declares him a traitor to the kingdom of Angielle to be tried at a later date and held in the dungeons till then.
Once things have settled down Karma explains the details of his curse, explaining how he did have the beauty curse which made him attractive to every but also the beast curse which turned him into a beast. The curse was constructed in a way that had the beauty curse attract women to fall in love with him but once the women was in love the beauty curse would deactivate and the beast curse would activate causing the women to regain her senses and witness Karma become a beast. The only way to break the curse was to have someone love him still even if he did transform which is how Elly saved Karma.
After thats all done every separates and the days progress. Karma returns to Brugantia and Elly waits for her birthday to come when she will become to next Tenebrarum bearer.
The mysteries that haven't been solved is what happened to Varg. How did Fritz know Elly even though she was cursed? What happens in the Fritz and Waltz route. That will be here after we finish Rumpel's route.
*This is an apologetic note for you all (mainly the people who will understand is those who do editting). The colour and gamma were off for the last few videos because I transcoded to cineform through premiere, took the render and editted on da vinci resolve, rendered to mp4 h.264 and from there uploaded. During edit there was slight gamma/colour shift but nothing to be worried about but once I uploaded it went wild which is what you've seen here. I've found a way to eliminate the problem for the future videos, possibly, and from here on the quality will be back to normal*

Today on Cinderella Phenomenon we fight to change the fate of Karma! Since of course he died last episode which was the biggest failure that I committed this entire series we need to fix it and fast. So this episode will have me skipping through to every choice I made and choosing the ones that make sure he does not die!
I hope your ready for this.
*Special note because I guarantee you'll notice this, I split the final episode into two parts because it was an hour long. I know right? So I hope you don't mind.

Today on Cinderella Phenomenon we reach the end of our journey and what an end, that is what a terrible end. We've gotten the ending we never wanted, the bad ending.
It starts off with us in the hallways as we ran away from the Beast and Sir Alcaster in order to find some help. Outside we come upon a few knights who attempt to recapture Elly and almost succeed if not for the Beast rushing out and attacking the knights. After the knights have been defeated the Beast makes it way over to Elly and reaches out for her. Elly out of fear stabs the Beast through the heart. As for what happens next, you MUST watch the video to find out.
It was the worst thing that could have ever happened.

Today on Cinderella Phenomenon we begin our silent invasion into the castle to rescue King Genaro and Queen Ophelia. We begin with Karma, Elly, Jurien and Garlan training in preparation for the invasion. Klaude then asks for Elly to promise him that she will stay behind him during the invasion. She does so and we return to the Marchen where the group gathers alongside Rumpel, Rod, Emelaigne, Annice and Parfait who sends there well wishes for their safe return.
We then enter the hidden tunnels leading into the castle and for some strange reason Waltz seems to know these tunnels well enough to navigate through. Soon after we enter the throne room where we make our way into the halls toward the tunnels leading to the castle's prison. Waltz volunteers to stand watch while we all head inside.
Once inside we reach the prisons where Delora, Jurien and Garlan leave to search for Queen Ophelia while Elly and Klaude stay behind to watch the flank. There Klaude again grips his chest in pain and as we try to get answers about why this is happening Klaude could only say that if we knew the truth we would be frightened of him. That leaves us wondering. Delora, Jurien and Garlan all return telling us that the Queen was not inside the prison. Waltz then rushes towards the group shouting that the guards have found them and on their way.
The group forms a formation and prepares to fight. The group manages to defend themselves while Delora prepares a sleep spell which ends the fighting. They then split up to find the Queen knowing that it is a terrible idea. Delora, Jurien and Garlan rush off to the bedcahmbers while Klaude, Elly and Waltz rush to the central rooms.
Klaude, Elly and Waltz are then attacked by more guards. Waltz creates a blinding flash (magic?) then Klaude defeats the rest easily. But a voice appears and suddenly a masked man appears. As Klaudes rushes to defend Elly the man taps his cane on the floor sending an immense pressure outwards blowing everyone back. Elly hits the wall hard and falls unconcious.
She awakes in the throne room where she see's the King tied to the throne, Waltz and Klaude nowhere to be found. The masked man reveals himself as Varg and Alcaster soon appears saying the Witch is dead, but he is not speaking of Delora, he is talking about Sir Mythros. Alcaster then reveals that he didn't remember Elly being a princess but he guessed she was because Sir Mythros hinted at it.
Soon after a guard rushes in screaming about a magical creature rampaging through the castle taking down knight after knight. It then appears inside the throne room where it attacks Sir Alcaster. Varg strangely unties Elly and amusingly stands idly by watching to see what will unfold.
Elly knowing she wouldn't be able to handle this situation alone retreats out of the throne room while the beast attacks the knights.
Here is where we leave it. Make sure to come back next week for the stunning conclusion of Karma's Route in Episode 15: The Fate of Karma (Good & Bad Ending)

Today on Cinderella Phenomenon we learn about Klaude's broken heart, King Genaro renouncing the thrown and the survival of the kingdom being at stake. We begin where we left off with in the forest training with Jurien and Garlan after Klaude hasn't been appearing at all to train Elly.
After training with Jurien and Garlan they leave, leaving Elly alone in the forest when Klaude suddenly appears from behind and restrains her in an attempt at training Elly to stay on guard. He gives her an opportunity to find out how she should break free. We know that we should bite down on his injured hand but even if we know that we refuse since injuring it would be adding more injury to the hand that saved her life. She explains that it is the reason why and Klaude admits that wasn't what he was thinking of how she should break free, even surprising him. He then tell's her the reason he finally made an appearance, it was to return to rose locket that she threw at him a few nights before. He learns it was from her and even so is surprised that she thought it would help cheer him up. He accepts it and moves face to face to her but in soon after he grasps his chest in pain. But even after he tells her everythings fine she leaves it alone. They then head back to the Marchen with Elly being in a much better mood than she's been for weeks.
We next appear in the town this time we're finally with Klaude but this time it isn't solely for errands, Waltz stumbled on a notice that the King will be addressing the citizens of the town today and we're here to learn why. Elly and Klaude have a little chat and he tells Elly about a woman who he fell deeply in love with but it wasn't real since he found out it was the Beauty curse that the woman was drawn too. The relationship soon fell apart leaving him broken-hearted. He asks Elly if she has ever been in "romantic love", then begins to describe it for her. She listens and realises that everything he is describing is the same way she feels about Klaude, but before she can say anything the King and Sir Alcaster appear with an entourage of knights.
They move closer to the alleyways and listen to what the King says. He let's the people know that he has fallen terminally ill and there is no known cure. Afterwards, he tells the people that since Crown Princess Emelaigne is not of proper age to rule the kingdom must be given to Sir Alcaster to make sure everything runs smoothly so that the threat of the witches does not increase. Elly and Klaude know that the King would never hand the kingdom over to someone like Sir Alcaster and that Emelaigne would have ruled perfectly fine if Sir Mythros was around to assist, so they know something has happened that has forced the King to say those things. Alcaster then addresses the crowd and from the far reaches of the crowd Klaude yells "there is only one king! King Genaro!" They then run off through the alley rushing back to the Marchen, leaving the crowd as they chant "there is only one king! King Genaro" behind them.
The next few days are a whirl of chatter about the King's address. Parfait and Delora call in all the boarders to speak to them. They show Prince Rod and Princess Emelaigne has come to them to tell them the truth. Sir Alcaster has seized control of the Kingdom by capturing them and Queen Ophelia. Delora thens inform the group that Klaude, Waltz, Jurien and Garlan will be rescuing King and Queen, but not before Elly forcefully volunteers to go with them.
After the plan is finalised everyone uses the next few days to prepared for the invasion.
That all happens in Chapter 10: The Rescue

Today on Cinderella Phenomenon we start to wonder what's wrong with him? Klaude last night was wonderful after training but the next day things take a darker turn as he acts beastly.
After waking up in the morning Elly finds another piece to her necklace, I think it had to do with not biting down on Klaudes injured hand last night. Going downstairs she has a conversation with Jurien and Garlan about how their date went last night. Everyone was in a light hearted mood with Garlan being the one who blushed like crazy when Klaude who was sitting alone in the corner suddenly burst out in anger trying to silence them. Of course we try to comfort him but that fails and Klaude runs off to his room. An entire week passes with no sign or word from Klaude.
Elly and Waltz have been doing to chores since then and she decides that she wants to buy him a gift. We get a choice to buy one for him now or later, we choose the latter. After doing chores we get back to the jeweler and choose a rose locket. That night Elly decides to present Klaude with his gift.
She enters his room without knocking and notices that his tattoo is more thorny and deadly that she notices before. He angrily confronts her pinning her to the wall! For some reason he is so angry and we don't know why. She runs off after he yells at her throwing the locket down before running back to her room. Things looked like they were going so well with them but it looks like things may have hit a roadblock, though why, we don't know.
So that's it for chapter 7, next time we'll be in chapter 8: The Lost Prince.

Today on Cinderella Phenomenon finally get to learn more about Karma in this episode "the Prince and the Witch." Starting off we find that Elly is smitten thanks to the hand kiss Karma gave her the previous night, though she doesn't know that she is, which is typical for a protagonist. After she gets her senses back she goes downstairs and finds Karma, Parfait and Delora speaking about the happenings of the previous day. Remember, Elly left to investigate the witches and ended up almost getting captured by a couple of Knights but was saved thanks to Karma's interference. They refuse to answer any of her questions at first but decide that they should finally give Elly the truth so they decide a full meeting with the most immediately involved patrons should be present. This would have Karma, Rumpel, Waltz, Parfait and Delora present.
Later that day after Elly has finished doing her daily chores the meeting begins and from here we finally learn what began the Great War, the true history of the Witches reign of Angielle and finally the reason why the townsfolk despise Elly.
Let's begin with the beginnings of the Great War. The timeline proceeds as the stories do but the missing piece is that the High Witch, Hildyr did the ultimate taboo, she killed a human. I'm not sure why this was a taboo but I suspect it has something to do with the Tenebrarum maintaining negative energies which can corrupt the wielder if they ever give into their urges but that's just speculation. We also learned that Parfait was present at the time and she was too late to prevent the it. After that Hildyr spread the fairytale curse to the people of Angielle seized the throne and had complete control of the kingdom. We also learned that Delora and Waltz were also under the control of Hildyr. In a surprise twist we learn that Waltz was also present all those years ago and that he is a "Witch." The witches it seemed were also under the complete control of Hildyr but after the Humans and Fairies banded together and freed Angielle were the witches who were under the control of Hildyr regained themselves. What ever happened to Hildyr? We didn't get a solid response about that, we do not know if she is alive or not but we know that it's suspected that she left a portion of her energy within the Tenebrarum so that the fairytale curses could continue to spread. Finally, the reason why the twonsfolk despise Elly. Hildyr as the leader of Angielle was the Queen which makes her the wife of King Genaro which makes her the Mother of Elly. Elly of course didn't know that Hildyr was a Witch because her memories of the time of the Great War were completely erased but the people still remembered.
I'd like to take this moment and say I was right about a lot of my theories that I spouted for the last 10 episodes, so huge pat on the back for me. But the one thing I didn't suspect was that Waltz was a Witch. Mainly because he used no spells at all, and that was because being cursed prevented him from being able to use his magic.
Now onwards from that intense dialogue. Elly leaves the room troubled because she learned so much that she never suspected. That night she goes off to the forest where Karma trains Garlan and Jurien. She surprises him and from there they talk a little and Karma decides to tell her a story, a story it turns out is about him, his past and the reason he was cursed. His true identity is Crown Prince of the neighbouring kingdom Brugantia, Klaude Aidric Renaldi Mattheus Almonte. He was a spoiled Prince who used his beauty to get whatever he wanted. One day he went to town, doted on a woman and soon after they became lovers he left her for another woman. The woman turned out to be a witch who to punish him cursed him with the Beauty Curse. He travelled to Angielle to find the daughter of Hildyr who it was rumored was able to break the curse. And so we know his story, mostly.
Later, Garlan appears and we finally convince him to confess to Jurien.
In the final scenes Elly decides that learning the sword would be the best way for her to make sure Klaude received no more injuries protecting her. Her trainer would be Klaude himself. He refuses at first but gives in. After the first lesson we arrive back at the Marchen, hands scratched with bruised arms.
Next time we'll be taking on Chapter 7: Thorny Rose where we'll learn and see the "possibly" true face of Klaude, though this may surprise you.

Today on Cinderella Phenomenon, Elly begins the path to love. We begin as we usually have on the streets of Angielle, but the difference this time is we are accompanied by Waltz. Elly is noticeably concerned about Karma's whereabouts and Waltz decides that they should go see a fortune teller for fun but the problem is that he can move so nimbly through the huge crowd surrounding the fortune teller that he loses Elly in the process. She decided to leave the crowd and await Waltz's return.
During the time she is alone a man confronts her and reveals that he knows Elly is the Crown Princess of Angielle and tells her that the King ordered her to take her back to the palace. Clearly a lie, Elly tries to escape but he overpowers here and drags her off to an alley at which point Karma appears on the rooftops, jumps down, disarms the man and frightens him off by the point of his blade. Waltz appears soon after and they both escort the dazed Elly back to the Marchen.
Here is where the character growth sets in. When she awakens she is greeted by Annice and from there she decides that she should "first" thank Karma from saving her instead of speaking to Parfait and Delora about the attempted kidnapping.
After finding her way to Karma's room she enters without invite and finds Karma half-naked. Karma just has fun with it while Elly blushes. She thanks him and from there Karma demands she do his makeup since she barged into his room unannounced. She complies and they get to know each other a little bit more.
Later on she speaks with Parfait and Delora about the kidnapping and they each express their worries but offer no clues as to why the man tried to kidnap her. "My money is still on my theory."
Since everyone refuses to tell her anything, she decides that the only way to get answers is to sneak off at night and snoop.
That night she sneaks off and wanders to a bar where she eavesdrop on a group of guards who are speaking about the previous Queen (Ellys' mother) who they call a witch, Fritz who, surprisingly, remembers Elly! Sir Alacaster who also knows about Elly, but is unknown whether he knows her because of a hint or because he didn't lose his memories and their mission to find the unknown princess, Elly. Soon after, she stumbles into the group and they decide that she might be the princess so they capture her and walk her to the palace. On the way Karma appears and quickly defeats them.
This scene is where we see the effects of the beauty curse appear. Hordes of women appear and try to take Karma away, Elly grabs Karma since he's completely devoid of energy and dashes them through shortcut after shortcut until they have escaped the horde. Finally, as a show of gratitude Karma kisses Ellys' hand and they both return to the Marchen.
So this is the end of Chapter 5, next time we move onto Chapter : Matchmaking.

Today on Cinderella Phenomenon we enter chapter 4 and find the Chameleon named Karma. Why did we suddenly call her the Chameleon? All is explained in the episode, hint though, look at the thumbnail.
In todays episode we start off two weeks later in the forest at night again watching as Karma trains Garlan, but this time he is wearing his woman disguise. Elly has taken to coming to the forest to watch Karma train and the real why is Garlan has been answering questions that Karma has been posing to him. Garlan is in fact, in love with Jurien and can't seem to confess, so Karma has been speaking with him while training every night. Elly is curious about this also and that is the reason why she can't help but watch.
The next day we again are out with Karma assisting in his duties. There we start to learn more about him. Karma in fact is a man who wears a woman disguise in order to his himself from women. This is because unless he is disguised entirely women are relentlessly drawn to his. He despises that since the women who come to him do so regardless of their relationship status.
Soon after he decides to dodge the questions Elly poses to him concerning his fairytale curse by deciding to buy cupcakes. Elly notices two cupcakes that she would like, a cupcake that she finds cute which had a design similar to pearls but another also caught her eye, a cupcake that reminds her of Karma, one with a chameleon on top of it in the same colours as Karma. The chameleon cupcake is the one we choose since I think that it was our first choice at making Elly thaw her icy heart.
Karma is shocked but then suggests they find a place to eat it. There he makes a suggestion to Elly, fact for fact. That is, share a story about themselves and trade that for a story about the other. Elly doesn't agree to this, but that doesn't stop Karma from sharing his own childhood story about himself, a chameleon and his father. Elly decides to share her own story about her life in the castle and how things were. Karma then let's Elly know that he feels sorry for her and that he feels like her mother kept her isolated from everyone. Of course this throws Elly off since she expected everyone to chide her.
Before they head back to the Marchen, Karmas' voice becomes noticeably male and as fate would have it a random woman rushes toward Karma to speak with him. Karma, being disguised as a woman needs to try and get away as quickly as possible before his disguise is discovered and it's here where we get another choice. Help him escape or have a little fun and stay there. Well guess what, we chose to stay there to have a little fun and tease Karma (watch this scene, it is hilarious).
After we leave the woman we return to the Marchen and Karma tells Elly that she smiled and he liked it.
Later that night we spoke with Parfait to try and get some information on Karmas' fairytale curse. She refuses by being silent and then we eventually learn that he has been taking a potion in order to complete his female disguise by giving him a smooth womans voice.
Finally, we get another flashback of Elly and her mother with her mother telling her that she should not trust the people around her because they are envious of her and will seek to use her for their own "nefarious" means.
So this is the end of chapter 4 and next time we move onto episode 5: Favours and Payback.

Today in Cinderella Phenomenon, the truth about Karma revealed, kind of. We pick up where we left off, searching for Karma so that we can partner up to help each other break our curses. The biggest problem is both Elly and Karma.
Elly still can't seem to trust others do anything for another without expecting anything in return which is contrary to what is needed to break the fairytale curse. Karma though has managed to at least name his fairytale curse, the Beauty curse. That is, from the Beauty and the Beast story. Though, instead of Karma becoming a Beast he is cursed with the ability to attract any and all women to him regardless of whether they be married or not.
We also witness a scene where Rumpel and Karma have a fight in front of Elly over who should be her partner. We choose to stay partnered with Karma and end up smacking Rumpel for his outright rudeness.
That night we hear metal clanging and we're given the kind of go ahead to see where it is coming from by Delora who escorts us to its location. There we find Karma as a man duelling against Garlan. Apparently, Garlan and Jurien both receive training from Karma who is much more superior to them in all aspects. This shocks Elly because she believed that knights of Angielle were the superior amongst all others.
The chapter finally ends with a flashback of child Elly, watching in admiration the knights train at the castle. Her mother comes and tells her that she should not trust the knights who are there to protect her and her family contrary to what the King told Elly.
Chapter 4 comes next and it is called "Girlfriends".

The biggest romantic flirt has arrived! And let me tell you, you will wish he came sooner. Rumpel is your typical overbearing romantic who no matter he says or does will never find romance with the protagonists, but will never give up on showering his rosy atmosphere across the world. He is someone to always watch and I'm glad he finally appeared. Sorry, Karma. Elly learns later on in the episode that trying to be good is a lot harder than she thought.
Elly seems to not be able to understand that she has to let go of her giant ego so Delora and Parfait use their magic to try and help move things along. They suggest that Elly take advice from the other tenants who are also cursed on how to be good. In the end we're given the choice of who we can team up with in order to help break the fairytale curse. The problem is the fairytale curse seems unbreakable as she currently stands.
Note to everyone: I decided to make episodes longer since I don't want the series to last for half a year to a full year, so I'm going to upload chapter by chapter. I hope your all okay with that.

This time around in the mermaid and the rumpelstiltzkin curse we find out that Rod has been cursed with the Mermaid Curse and the amnesiac man who was found on the streets in the middle of the night has been cursed with the Rupelstiltzkin Curse.
For Rod it looks like his voice has been taken from him just like the Little Mermaid and in order to make things easier for him to voice his opinions Parfait gifted him a stuffed bear named Sebby, short for Sebastian. Rod though doesn't seem keen on breaking his curse, though we may find out the reason why later on.
The man with the Rumpelstiltzkin Curse seems to have been cursed with the loss of his name with only a black notebook to help him remember. That notebook apparently needs three entries in order for him to find his name and thus break the curse.
Every curse we've been introduced so far has had little tweaks done to them to make them similar to the Fairytales we all read as children but still quite different in how they are presented.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy the reading this time around in the Mermaid and Rumpelstiltzkin Curse and make sure to come back next week for "the Fairytale Curse seems unbreakable" where we get to see some incredibly funny scenes between two flirts play out.

We've escaped from the thugs in the last episode thanks to the help of Waltz and his mysterious Nobleman friend. Elly then passed out and after a few days has woken up and met Delora. After trying to command Delora to release Elly from her Cinderella Curse she laughs and explains that the one who casted the curse can not undo it so Elly will have to break the curse by herself.
A bit later through we meet the Leader of the Fairies named Parfait who happens to be close friends with Delora showing that the feud between Witches and Fairies is not exactly the truth. Delora and Parfait then go on to explain why the Great War occurred and it is revealed that Hans Gabrielle Grimm, the same bard who wrote the Fairytales decided that the Witches were to always be portrayed as evil instead of the ones who help the Fairies in regulating the powers of their respective crystals.
This is where we are at now, and in this episode we're going to be learning more about the Cinderella Curse, meeting new allies and really just trying to find out how we're going to survive being a peasant.

The Cinderella Curse has been cast on Elly and now she must scrape her way through the day trying to find a way to break the curse. But, once night appears, things take a dangerous turn as she must escape from her pursuers and find allies she did not expect. This ends with the pursuit of knowledge where questions are asked and answers are given by an unlikely pair.
Going through the town showed us the terrible terrible conceit that Elly holds. She is a very unlikeable protagonist but the Curse has been cast. Will that change who she is or will she continue through life exactly as she is now. My hope is that she changes.
In this chapter we learn more about why the relationship between Elly (Lucette) is so terrible. We are also somewhat ordered by the King to escort Mela (Emelaigne) to a Doll Store in town which irks Elly. So far the reason why Elly was in poverty escapes us but we do encounter more characters in this story who seem to be important as well as a doll named Delora who seems important even though she is inanimate, or is she?
A fairy tale introduction served as a wonderful backdrop to the game. Apparently the Princess of Angielle has been cursed with the fairy tale curse and is now living ragged in poverty. What happened to her? That unfortunately is unexplained but we got a good idea as to what happened through this video.
