Today on Doki Doki Literature Club we finally see if everything we have done to save Sayori from her tragic fate finally pays off.
Dear god, why hast thou forsaken me? I have done everything I could possibly think off (I think of more ideas during the video so keep watching). But nonetheless, we still ended up failing and again we're going to relive the nightmare.
So here we go everyone, back into the crazy, but this time we'll be changing our plans and trying to save Natsuki since it seems like she is the target in this one.

Today on Doki Doki Literature Club it's the day before the festival and as you all know this is the turning point where things go from bright and shiny, to dark and dirty.
We make our way to Sayori's home and have our discussion about how she has been coping with depression her whole life and from there we comfort her as we did last time. After we're done we leave and go home to wait for Natsuki, who appears soon after.
Once we let her in we a little back and forth, playful of course, and get to baking. After the the atmosphere around two becomes more relaxing they get into a little play fight with Jun making the scene awkward by sucking the frost off of Natsuki's finger. Because of the awkwardness the first batch of cupcakes get burnt.
Eventually they finish and although Natsuki wants to stay she says she can't because her father is making them dinner and she "needs to save her appetite", this comment made me wonder "is he a threat?" but we won't know until something verifies that for us. Once we're done we head outside to walk her out.
At this moment Jun tells her that they should hang out some more and that she can come over anytime to read manga. She clearly is taken by surprise and agrees. As she is suppose to head home she moves close to Jun readying herself for a kiss but then Sayori appears out of nowhere and she jumps back. After the awkward scene Natsuki heads home.
Sayori decided to go to Jun's after all because she was having thoughts of what was going on here and she needed to confirm them. As she begins to break down because she realises that she's falling in love with him we go ahead and say the opposite phrase we said last time, "I love you". At this point they hug and although Sayori can't manage to allow herself happiness she trusts that Jun knows what he's doing and heads home waiting for tomorrow.
Did we make the right choice this time around? I mean instead of choosing to stay as friends like we did last time, we chose to say I love you instead. Will that save her? I'm really hoping it does and I hope you are all too.

Today on Doki Doki LIterature we start off trying to write a poem for Sayori but we get about 50-50 Sayori and Natsuki. Those two are seemingly identical which is all irritating as hell! Whatever the case we finished and started off as the literature club.
On entering we find that Sayori wallowing alone at the corner. I assumed last time that it was because we said we would walk home with Yuri instead of here but that doesn't seem to be the case. Again she tells us that nothing is the matter so we again take the matter to Monika who we all know what she does at this point.
Afterwards we go ahead and share poems. This time instead of Natsuki losing her mind and freaking out she gives us her poems and brags about how great it is. Yuri in contrast refuses to give us her poem because in her mind we were deeply offended at her critique yesterday because of how similar Jun and Natsuki's poetry style is. She wallows alone at the desk so we move onto Monika who gives us the usual "you did good" and finally we show it to Sayori. She of course loves it but then decides to leave the club early for "now known" reasons.
Before we pack up and leave Monika announces that we all have things that need to be done to prepare for the dreaded festival the next day. Natsuki will be baking, Yuri will be designing things, Monika and Sayori will be preparing pamphlets and we decided to help Natsuki this time around, though we did try to choose Sayori, then Monika but that failed miserably.
Before leaving Natsuki admits she is looking forward to cooking with us and gives us her number with the announcement that we will be baking at Jun's house.
So I hope we're ready for the crazy that will be coming up soon.

Today in Doki Doki Literature Club we begin the second day chasing Sayori. Poem writing for Sayori turned out turned very difficult because we also kept getting Natsuki to hop as well.
We had the same kinds interactions with the girls as before except that Yuri seems to believe that we prefer Nasuki's writing to hers so now she in her bubble of self-conciousness.
Natsuki actually showed us her poem and Sayori was overly impressed with ours. We are definitely making some progress!
At the end of the day we finished off with festival poetry reading prep as usual and as we were walking home with Sayori she asked us if we would walk with Yuri if ever asked. Of course we said no and that was it.

Today on Doki Doki Literature we head back into the world of psychological terror, but this time we know what to expect so we won't be terrified anymore, right? Also, the goal this time around is to make sure Sayori lives, can it be done? I gosh darn hope so.
